Performance Management and Target System

When it comes to managing corporations correctly, determining the correct targets, ensuring that everyone adopts these targets, and evaluating and rewarding the employees with an accurate system stand out as the priority topics.
 
We determine the target cards suitable for the work done in the Performance Management and Target System Consultancy program. Based on these, we implement bonus systems and prepare report formats so that performance can be easily tracked.
 
First, we examine all the goals and their shortcomings under six titles.



We examine the success of fulfilling the objectives of all the criteria with histograms. We analyze the present status reports. In the case of goal realization, we identify the main reasons.

At the end of the program:

  • After determining the target cards suitable for the work done and setting up the performance system for all levels, we recommend the appropriate weights and scales.
  • We determine the KPIs that employees in various levels should follow and create bonus systems for different units.
  • We also present the main situations and solutions for bottlenecks in target realization.
  • In addition, we create report formats for monthly, daily, and real-time performance monitoring and show how to use them.
  • We conclude the program with a presentation where all recommendations are placed in a matrix of "impact level" (low – medium-high) and "speed of implementation" (slow – medium – fast).
