Nadide Yıldız Bozkır is a graduate of Kocaeli University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration.
Stepping into her professional career as a store manager in the first store of the Dia Supermarkets chain in 1999, Bozkır moved to a new direction in 2000 and started to work as a Customer Representative at Pamukbank A.Ş.
She started to work as the inbound team leader in Dışbank with the change of institution in 2002. She was appointed as the outbound team leader 1.5 years later.
Continuing to work as a supervisor at Fortisbank in 2004, Nadide Yıldız Bozkır was appointed as the manager in charge of Outbound and Outsource units in 2008. During this duty, she transformed the Outbound team from a team that only sells through outbound calls to a multi-talented team that can provide blending (inbound) support and make high sales in inbound calls. The Outbound Unit, which she is responsible for, won first place in the "Best Outbound Campaign" category in the Contact Center World organization in 2009.
Bozkır, started as a consultant within UNIQ Education and Consultancy in 2014, and now works as an expert consultant/trainer for "Sales Skills on the Phone," "Persuasion Techniques," "Dealing with Difficult Customers," "Professional Communication on the Phone," "Complaint Management," "Performance Management" and "Basic Management Skills" trainings.
