Neslihan Öziş Aslan

Director- Training and Development Management

Neslihan Öziş Aslan graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations and Publicity, and completed her master's degree in Communication Sciences at Marmara University Social Sciences Institute.
 
Aslan, who started her career in the marketing department of LINK HOLDING in 1995, studied language in England between 1997-1999 and worked in the tourism and hotel industry.
 
Between 1999 and 2000, she served in the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) under the umbrella of the United Nations. She participated in the field studies of the 1999 Marmara Earthquake recovery activities.
 
In 2000, she gave a different direction to her career and started to work as a team leader at Yapı Kredi Bank Contact Center; she managed inbound and outbound teams. In this process, she gave notable trainings, including those to increase the "Communication Skills and Sales Competencies" of contact center employees. She took part in the merger of Yapı Kredi Bank and Koçbank, joined the Private Banking Marketing team after the merger, and served as the Segment Manager until 2008.

 
 
In 2008, she moved to the insurance sector and became customer relations manager at BNP Paribas Cardif A.Ş.  She experienced the merger of CARDIF Insurance – Fortis Pension Inc. and was promoted to Marketing Manager position after the merger. Until 2015, she took part in many projects that touched the customer. She managed customer satisfaction surveys, campaigns, and customer lifecycle activities.
 
Neslihan Öziş Aslan started to work as an executive and consultant for customer representative development academy programs at UNIQ Training and Consultancy in 2016. She continues her duty as the Training and Development Director.
