Nimet Özlem Türkcan graduated from Marmara University, Department of Econometrics, in 2005. While continuing her master's degree in Statistics at Marmara University, Türkcan wanted to participate in working life and started her career as a customer representative at Garanti Bank.
 
She progressed to the Inbound Sales Customer Representative position and later as a Strategic Support and Planning Assistant due to her success in her former position at Garanti Bank Call Center. Then in return of her accomplishments she was promoted to Customer Satisfaction Reporting Officer and Strategic Support and Planning Officer.
 
While working as Strategic Support and Planning team's manager, she ensured that the Contact Center's service quality was measured and evaluated, customer representatives' performances were measured monthly, new report needs were determined and created, and existing reports were revised. Specializing in team management, motivation, and development, Türkcan has successfully integrated the "Branch Calls" project into the contact center processes and created reports during the same period. She received the "SPOT Achievement" award twice for her successful work at Garanti Bank for five and a half years.

 
 
Continuing her career at Avon Cosmetics, Nimet Özlem Türkcan worked for 1.5 years as a Planning and Reporting Specialist in the Customer Services Department. She took part in determining and creating all report needs of the Customer Services Department, making Contact Center Planning, providing all support to the outsourcing company in planning/reporting, creating and following the budget, revising the existing reports to increase efficiency. She provided support for the analysis of all projects involving Customer Services Department.
 
Nimet Özlem Türkcan started as an Advisor at UNIQ Education and Consulting in December 2013 and continues to work as a Senior Advisor.
